The Modern Bench

We were in search of a quality, multifunctional piece that could be used in both an entryway or living space, which led to the design and development of the modern Bench. Made by local craftspeople from solid hardwood, aluminum and steel to construct a long-lasting artifact.

Behind the Design

Every component of the Bench is built to last using quality materials and precise design details. Each piece was designed to be securely flat packed in strong, recyclable foam to arrive ready to easily assemble.

Unlike other modern benches, the Bench has a wide variety of storage and display solutions. Use the canvas scroll to hold laptops and magazines while the steel tray is a convenient place for your everyday tech devices. The steel tray provides a pass through in the corners to run your charging cables conveniently below the surface. 

The entire Bench was designed to be placed in any orientation to give you endless styling options. 

The deep shelving provides two separate storage compartments - from placing speakers on the top shelf to sneakers below. The Bench’s height was chosen to be a standard size (L 69.5" x W 19" X H 16.25”) to fit beautifully in an everyday entryway or modern space.

Your home and workspace are constantly evolving to fit your lifestyle. There are endless ways to style the Bench in any living or working area as it can act as an entertainment center or coffee table. 

As an entertainment center, it can easily display a large flat screen above and speakers or a voice command device below. The removable steel tray can store tech devices or display a fresh plant to add color to your space. 

A coffee table is a living or lobby space staple and the Bench is up for the task. The White Oak or Walnut material gives its modern design a natural look adding texture to any space. Designed to display your items in a clean, sophisticated way by giving you the ability to store your favorite scented candles or remote controls in the steel tray and laptop or books in the canvas scroll.

Bench can be placed in an elevated entryway as a go-to spot to store everyday carries and comfortably seat 1-2 people, so you and a loved one can have a seat and slip off your shoes after a long day. 

The design features include a removable steel tray to store smaller items such as keys, wallet and phone, while the canvas scroll can hold magazines or mail.
