At Artifox we are committed to providing quality artifacts throughout the current health crisis so that you can work from home. We are following strict sanitary guidelines and providing jobs to essential manufacturers. Below are some frequently asked questions some of you may have. We always want to be as transparent as possible in how we are operating and what you can expect from us. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
There are lead time estimates for each individual product on our website. Please check in the description of the artifact you are interested in to see the current estimated wait time. We will be updating these weekly to give you the most accurate information possible. Most often we can deliver your artifacts to you much earlier than these estimates.
CAN YOU GIVE ME UPDATES ON THE STATUS OF WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP?
While we are always accessible to you, we are sometimes unable to provide an exact time of when your order will be completed. This is largely due to all our resources being dedicated to manufacturing and shipping while our customer service teams are working remotely. Do not be concerned, it just means we are working to fulfill your order quicker.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHERE IS IT?
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you placed your order with and request it again. We will resend it so you have an order number and record of your purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking information. That is when we can be very accurate about your timeline. We use FedEx ground shipping and you can track your package directly to your front door.
IS IT POSSIBLE MY ORDER COULD BE DELAYED PAST THE ESTIMATED LEAD TIME?
Due to the recent complications with Covid-19 we are seeing some potential for delays. If this happens, we will do our best to contact you and let you know that your artifact will take longer to ship. Keep in mind you may cancel your order at any time.
IS IT POSSIBLE I COULD GET MY ORDER SOONER THAN THE POSTED LEAD TIME?
Absolutely. We surprise our customers all the time when we ship artifacts weeks before the estimated delivery time.
ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We are very sorry but we are temporarily suspending our international shipping. There are too many unknown challenges that remain out of our control at this time. We hope to be back up and running in the very near future.
