ARTIFOX is based in St. Louis, MO where we design, develop and warehouse many of our products. We work with a select group of small to medium sized boutique manufacturing partners around the US and beyond that share our values of quality and sustainability.

ARTIFOX products are sold through our website (you are here). We’re scheduling pop-up events in the near future. Follow us for updates. If you are interested in having an ARTIFOX pop-up in your city, email us at info@theartifox.com.

Yes! Our Walnut and White Oak products are primarily made from solid hardwood.

We use only the highest grade lumber in our solid white oak and walnut artifacts. The imagery we use has been provided to give you a visual representation of the grain, stain/finish, and color options available. Due to variations in digital displays we cannot guarantee that your product will be an identical match to the colors represented on our website. You will receive a product that is similar in grain and texture and typical of the wood species selected.

* Please understand that these are natural materials that have unique characteristics within every board. There is always a wide variety of grain and character in even the highest grade hardwoods. We will work with you to the best of our ability if you are not satisfied with your product but we cannot guarantee a specific type of grain or exact color for each product.

The bone option is an engineered wood top with scratch resistant powder coating and solid hardwood legs.

Shipping

For domestic orders it’s simple! Email us your order number and the specifics on which products you want to return within 30 days. We’ll send a return shipping label. Repackage the products how they were received. Cover up the old shipping label and apply the return label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any FedEx location. Once the product is received in good condition you’ll be refunded minus the shipping cost. All international sales are final. All seating purchases are final. Please note that oversized artifacts like Tables are delivered on a pallet and you must have the pallet and original packaging in order to return.

Most ARTIFOX products ship via FedEx Ground. Below is an illustration on how long a product takes to ship to your area once it leaves our shop. Items that are in stock take about 1 week to process and be picked up by FedEx. For more information check each product page for specific lead times. Please be patient with us as we’re still a lean team.

Absolutely! As soon as your order ships we’ll send FedEx tracking info for your use in following the shipment.

We’d be happy to help with that. Email pictures and description of the product damage as well as the box damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

Desk, Bench, Side, Rack, Lift, Large Stand, Shelf, etc all ship individually via FedEx Ground. Due to its large size, Table is palletized and ships via freight right to your door. Small accessory items are grouped together as efficiently as possible to save packaging and number of shipments. We work hard to make our packaging manageable for 1 to 2 people to maneuver while still protecting our artifacts during transit.

We package our products using a high density recycled foam. It is intentionally designed as a reusable solution for future shipping and moving of your artifact. Each box and foam set is also completely recyclable! Email us at info@theartifox.com for more information on how to best recycle your packaging whenever you are done using it.



Assembly

Desk, Bench, Table, Side Table, Shelf and Rack can be assembled and disassembled many times because of the quality of construction. We’ve created custom aluminum and steel joints for lasting durability.

We're in the process of building our new trade program. In the meantime, please email info@theartifox.com for bulk orders. 

We don’t offer customization for small orders. If you’re ordering in bulk (50+ DESK 02, 100+ SHELF, 50+ RACK), we’ll consider minor modifications on a case by case basis. All bulk and / or custom orders are final and can not be cancelled or returned.

International Orders

We do! If you're ordering to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, or the U.K., you're able to checkout through our site. For other international shipping information, please email info@theartifox.com

International orders typically take 1-2 weeks once shipped.

We include all necessary paperwork in the shipment and had very few issues. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will work with customs to get any issues resolved and products to you as quickly as possible.

All taxes and fees are included at checkout. You’ll be 100% paid in full upon checkout.

All international sales are final.
