For all in stock items shipping within the US please allow approximately 1 week for order processing and 1 week for shipping. You'll receive updates as soon as your order is on its way along with tracking information to follow along. For products with longer lead times please reference the top of each item's product page for shipping estimates. International orders take approximately 2 weeks to process and longer shipping time frames due to air freight and customs review.

Absolutely! As soon as your order ships we’ll send FedEx tracking info for your use in following the shipment.

Desk, Bench, Side, Rack, Lift, Large Stand, Shelf, etc all ship individually via FedEx Ground. Due to its large size, Table is palletized and ships via freight right to your door. Small accessory items are grouped together as efficiently as possible to save packaging and number of shipments. We work hard to make our packaging manageable for 1 to 2 people to maneuver while still protecting our artifacts during transit.

We package our products using a high density recycled foam. It is intentionally designed as a reusable solution for future shipping and moving of your artifact. Each box and foam set is also completely recyclable! Email us at info@theartifox.com for more information on how to best recycle your packaging whenever you are done using it.

We’d be happy to help with that. Email pictures and a description of the product damage as well as the box damage to info@theartifox.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

If there's a delay with your order it could be a delay with the shipping carrier or a longer production timeline than we originally expected. Each piece is made by craftspeople who take great pride in their work. If there's a delay we're probably making sure your pieces are built to the highest level of quality and are happy to give an updated shipping estimate.

For domestic orders it’s simple! Email info@theartifox.com your order number and the specifics on which products you want to return within 30 days. We’ll send a return shipping label. Repackage the products how they were received in their original packaging. Cover up the old shipping label and apply the return label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any FedEx location. Once the product is received in good condition you’ll be refunded minus the shipping cost. All international sales are final. Please note that oversized artifacts like Tables are delivered on a pallet and you must have the pallet and original packaging in order to return.
